FINANCIAL CITY LIKELY ON TANUVAS LAND

The proposed financial city is soon set to materialise at TANUVAS, theTamilnadu Veterinary and Animal Sciences University on the Post Graduate Research Institute in Animal Sciences (PGRIAS) campus. Senior government officials are in the process of surveying the proposed area and submitting a detailed report for evaluation. This proposed Financial City is expected to put the state on the map whilst attracting investments from major players both at the national and international level from BFS, Insurance, Risk and Wealth Management sectors including start-ups. Alternatively, another area has also been identified next to the Chennai Trade Centre to realise this grand vision.
